Abstract Submission

Article Length: 1 page, including references.

Required files:

• A ZIP archive containing the LaTeX or Word source files.

• A separate PDF of the abstract.

Full-Paper Submission

Article Length: between 15 and 25 pages excluding references.

Required files:

• A ZIP archive containing the LaTeX or Word source files.

• A separate PDF of the paper.

Camera-Ready Submission
Article Length: up to 27 pages (incorporating 2 extra pages to address reviewer feedback), excluding references.

Required files:

• A ZIP archive containing the LaTeX or Word source files.

• A point-by-point response letter in PDF format addressing reviewer comments.

• A separate copy of the final PDF.

• The signed agreement in PDF format.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Instructions

Manuscripts submitted to MOSES2025 Conference must describe original, previously unpublished work (in a journal or a conference with refereed proceedings) and must not be simultaneously submitted or be under review for publication elsewhere.

Here the process step by step (see Important Dates)

• Authors must submit an abstract to be reviewed

• Authors will be notified about the abstract acceptance/rejection

• Authors of accepted abstracts will need to submit a full paper

• Authors will be notified about the review of the full paper 

• Authors must submit the final version of the paper including the rebuttal to the reviewers comments

• Authors will be notified about the  acceptance/rejection of the final paper

Abstracts will be accepted based on quality and relevance to the conference themes, and the conference papers will undergo 2 rounds of review with a minimum of 2 reviewers. 

All accepted full manuscripts will be published by Springer in the Series MOST (Modeling and Optimization in Science and Technologies) indexed in Scopus https://link.springer.com/series/10577
